Your Personal, Virtual Assistant

In the last post I shared Iris, the in-progress digital assistant to compete with Apple’s Siri.  While it has a long way to go, there are many existing apps that can help you stay organized.  While no Sandy (http://www.k12opensourceclassroom.org/?p=611), Speaktoit Assistant allows you to speak requests, such as reminders, to your own assistant.  What I like is that you can change the appearance of the assistant.  The one in the image here is a little more informal
