So you want to deploy a set of devices, Android of course, to your students.  How can you maintain the same files and applications?  How can you ‘see’ the files on each, without having to really take a look at all of them.  You need Air Droid, obviously!   The most important thing, it being free, will definitely allow you to deploy this in schools or at home personally.  Some of the things it will help you do include:

• transferring files between devices and computers
• installing and uninstalling apps using batch processing (worth it’s weight in gold if you have even two devices!)
• preview the photos on a device (so you know what a student is doing)
• share text between the two–sharing links, directions, etc
