From the ‘I can’t believe it took this long’ file, Google finally release their flight tracking site. So we all used sites like Expedia, Orbitz, and Priceline to look for cheap flights. Google now leverages their search capabilities to help you find cheap flights as only Google can. Yes, it provides all kinds of use for adults, but can you use this in education?
I guess I should ask why are you NOT using this in education. Gosh, whether a Geography/Social Studies class, or a math class, or a literacy class, or a business class, using this, especially with students used to using Google Maps, Google Apps, etc, seems like a no brainer. Navigation is pretty simple, the interface is Google squeaky clean, and it provides so much data. Take a look at it–and then just imagine the possibilities!
